The program is based on replacing some of your current meals with nutritionally dense alternatives.
The body’s hunger signals are not satiated by adding calories, but by meeting its nutritional needs. That is why there are times when you can feel full but still have hunger cravings.
By meeting all of nutrition requirements of the body, you don’t feel hungry…typically with less calories.
I do advocate healthy supplements as most of us do not get the necessary vitamins and minerals from the food we eat alone.
Everybody is different and every BODY is different.
When we think about making change there is no single path to success. There are common threads that work, but the overall plan to your achieving your goal must be tailored to your individual lifestyle, your current health and your future goals.
A successful plan must be sustainable. It must create long-term change that you can live with. That is why the primary key to this program is the individual coaching.
You will have access to myself as questions arise. In addition, you will have access to a support group of like-minded individuals including physicians, personal trainers, nutritionists and other individuals that are on the same path.
